What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your own ticket, please send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

For select events, a Flexible Refund Ticket is available: you can get a full refund (no documentation required) by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is no longer refundable once transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?

65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Auferstehungskirche München, Gollierstraße 55, 80339 Munich. Please note: the venue can be cool during winter months — we recommend wearing warm clothing.

How do I get to the venue?

Nearest U-Bahn station: Schwanthalerhöhe. Nearest bus stop: Bergmannstraße. Nearest S-Bahn station: Heimeranplatz.

Will food and drinks be available?

No, food and drinks are not sold on site.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals — please fill in the relevant form if a service animal will be accompanying you.

No, there is no parking available at the venue.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

An optional photo experience in a dedicated area, where you get a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. It can be booked online together with your ticket (given priority) or, while supplies last, on site by card only (no cash accepted). The photo session usually takes place after the concert; you'll choose your photos on site and must collect them the same day, as they can't be kept for later. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
