It was nice, intimate and a great activity for a date night. The candlelight really added to the mood and the Quartet was great. I would definitely do another candlelight event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — just log in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or at feverup.com before you arrive.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

For select events, a Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you cancel or exchange your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — it stops being refundable once transferred to someone else. You'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (credit card/PayPal refunds can take 10+ days to appear; voucher purchases get a new voucher), or, if you choose an exchange, an equal-value voucher to book a new date for the same experience.

How long does the experience last?

About 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Will there be food and drinks available?

Beverages are available for purchase, but food is not — and BYOB is no longer allowed at The Chapel on Sycamore.

Is there parking available?

Parking on site is limited, though paid parking is available nearby. There's also free 2-hour street parking on Sycamore St between Commerce Dr and Ponce de Leon Ave.

What's the age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer/companion?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to one free companion pass. After purchasing your own ticket, please contact us for more information.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to a specific date and location, it's non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
