Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Premium: excellent visibility. Zone A: good visibility. Zone B: average visibility. Zone C: limited visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are allocated based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be kept on silent mode throughout the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who'll be using the ticket. If you have any doubts, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for a companion and we'll provide you with a code to purchase their free ticket. You'll need to show the documents along with the tickets to access the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. The purchase confirmation email also includes a PDF with the barcode needed to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If weather conditions affect the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email at the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
