This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

Zauberhaftes Musikereignis! Für uns war es eine schöne Einstimmung auf Weihnachten. Zauberhaft war auch das Quartett. Aus Finnland, Spanien, Bulgarien und Ukraine: haben uns die jungen Frauen ihr hervorragendes Können gezeigt. Ein Paradebeispiel das Musik die Welt zusammen schweißt. Die stimmungsvolle Dekoration und Musikauswahl war fabelhaft

Haus Garath was first mentioned in a document in the 13th century. The castle, built in classical baroque style, features a large festooned hall and small dining room, as well as a lobby with a wonderful stone staircase. It is one of the few castles in private ownership.

There are approximately 50 parking spaces available. After driving through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly; through the narrow passage on the left, you'll reach a second car park.

Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible and has no accessible entrance.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
At selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
By when can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it is not refundable.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required to request a refund for the Flexible Refund Ticket.
How do I request the refund?
Contact us to have your Flexible Refund Ticket refunded.
Where does the concert take place?
At Schloss Garath, Garather Schloßallee 19, 40595 Düsseldorf.
How do I get to the venue?
From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, take the S6 to Düsseldorf-Garath. From there, it's just a 15-minute walk.
Is there food and drink available?
Before the concert, you can buy drinks at the on-site bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance via our contact form.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have accessible entry.
Is there parking available?

Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 65 minutes, and no interval is planned.
Can I still get in after the concert has started?
No. Entry begins 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
