First time at the venue and also the Candlelight concert. The musicians are great and most of Adele's songs translate well into the classical sound. Will go to another Candlelight concert on classical sound.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

What ticket types are available?

Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view. At the Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto there is seating in all zones on both the main floor and the balcony. We recommend arriving early for the best choice of seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is located one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw. The audience entrance is on Howland Ave, just south of Simpson Ave.

Is parking available?

MCC Toronto does not have on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and surrounding streets is by permit only and strictly enforced — we recommend allowing extra time if arriving by car. The most convenient parking lot is located at 653 Gerrard Street East.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted inside the performance space.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The main audience entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs — let a staff member know or ring the bell there. Inside the performance space there are no stairs except to reach the balcony, and accessible seating is available in all zones; washrooms can be accessed without stairs.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — once purchased, please contact us for more information.
