Description
Join an expert chef in this hands-on cooking class and make one of the most iconic dishes of El Salvador. Pupusas are thick flatbreads made from masa (corn) flour and stuffed with delicious fillings such as refried beans, cheese, or a combination of the two. Your instructor will demonstrate how to make masa dough, curtido (a tangy Salvadoran cabbage slaw), and delicious crispy-sweet plantains.
