Is there an age restriction for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected events): this lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. Note that a Flexible Refund ticket transferred to another person is no longer eligible for a refund.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.

Is food and drink available?

Drinks are available for purchase. Bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

No, there is no wheelchair-accessible entrance. The hall can only be reached via a fixed staircase.

Is there parking available?

Yes, for a fee: 350 spaces at the Schießgasse car park and 250 spaces at the Frauenkirche/Neumarkt underground car park.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal companion. After purchasing your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents so we can provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket (subject to availability). You must show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place at Kurländer Palais (Tzschirnerpl. 3-5, 01067 Dresden), 250 metres from the Frauenkirche.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
