Candlelight Photo is an optional add-on: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir, one instant picture per purchase. Photos can also be purchased at the venue, subject to availability, though online purchasers have priority over on-site buyers, who can only pay by credit card. Your photo is taken before the event and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and collect it at the exit; we are unable to keep pictures for you afterwards. You'll receive a separate QR code by email for the photographer to validate at the venue. Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for it.

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it is tied to this specific Candlelight date and venue, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
