What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Balcony (good visibility).
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caregiver. You must hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change your ticket, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the event you originally booked, subject to availability. Contact us to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is separate from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to book a new date and/or time for the same experience.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to request a refund for your ticket.

Is food or drink available?
No food or drinks are available for purchase at the venue. Open containers are not allowed in the sanctuary, but you may bring a closed water bottle.

No. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
