Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun cooking class, you'll learn all the skills you need from a professional chef! Prepare sushi rice, select the right type of fish, and use tasty ingredients such as avocado, mango, and nori. You’ll be making 2 types of sushi rolls: California and Salmon Rolls. You’ll also learn how to make a veggie hand roll so you can practice at home. Taste your creations at the end with some delicious beer available for purchase at the venue.
