A Candlelight concert brings the music of Taylor Swift to Betty Andrews Recital Hall in Edmonton: a live, multi-sensory experience in which a string quartet performs her songs in a hall glowing with candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

One of the most enjoyable experiences I've had the privilege of attending which combines beautifully composed string arrangements by my favourite artist in an intimate candle lit venue. What are the different ticket types?
There are two zones: Zone A, with premium visibility, and Zone B, with great visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will send you a voucher code that you can use to get your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally booked, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you bought your tickets with a voucher, you will find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You will receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and book a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to book the same experience.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

Is there food or drink at the venue?
Drinks are available for purchase before and after the performance, but they are not permitted in the hall.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is the Candlelight Photo experience?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you receive a printed polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy the Candlelight Photo experience at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online together with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only: no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed picture before leaving: we cannot keep pictures, and a picture left behind cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for it.
When should I arrive for my photo?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, as the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert begins.
When do doors open? Can I arrive late?

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
