Un evento realmente estupendo, con un ambiente precioso y un cuarteto cuya diversión y disfrute de la música era claramente evidente. Sólo puedo recomendarlo

No soy un gran entendido pero me parece que la interpretación fue muy buena. También me gustó la elección del repertorio y como lo presentaron. La recepción al evento fue muy bien, cierto es que fuimos de los primeros en llegar. También tuvimos buena visibilidad y acústica, también favorecido porque nos sentamos en 2.ª fila. El ambiente mejor que en el de Vivaldi de la semana pasada, el público más centrado en escuchar y disfrutar de la experiencia. En general muy contentos, lo disfrutamos mucho.

El trabajo de los músicos ha sido excelente, así como, los temas escogidos. Si bien, creo que la duración del concierto debía ser algo mayor (90 minutos o así).

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so.

Are refunds possible?

Only if you've bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket (available for selected dates): you can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. You'll get a full refund, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible cancellation option. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.

What ticket types are there?

Zone A, B or C, depending on the visibility you want.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

At the Museo Arqueológico de Alicante.

Indoors, with seating assigned within your booked zone.

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Food and drink aren't allowed inside the concert hall during the performance.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their carer. After buying your own ticket (a valid ticket of your own is required first), contact us with the relevant supporting documents.

Yes, the venue is accessible.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. Tickets aren't sold at the box office; they must be purchased via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
