The Meeting Hall in Adelaide is a versatile event space located in the heart of the city. The Hall, which was built in the late 19th century, boasts a stunning façade and a spacious interior that can be adapted to suit a variety of events and functions.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five seating zones: First Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A Seating (great visibility), Zone B Seating (good visibility), Zone C Seating (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D Seating (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law or as covered by the Flexible Cancellation option if you added it to your purchase. For more information, see our T&Cs.
Where is the concert taking place?
At The Meeting Hall, Paul Kelly Lane, Adelaide SA 5000. The entrance to the venue is via Paul Kelly Lane, off either Pirie Street or Flinders Street.
How do I get to the venue?
Getting to The Meeting Hall by public transport is easy: Adelaide Railway Station is a 10-minute walk away, the tram stops regularly in front of Adelaide Town Hall at the Pirie Street stop, and buses run regularly from all corners of the city.
Is food served?
No. Only bottled water is permitted in the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled access is via a side door: please ask a staff member to open it for you when you arrive. If you need wheelchair assistance, contact us ahead of time so we can let the on-site staff know and be ready for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones of The Meeting Hall.
Is there parking available?
Safe undercover parking is available at UPark Topham Mall, a five-minute walk from The Meeting Hall, at 52-54 Waymouth Street, with entry and exit on Waymouth Street at the Bentham Street intersection. We recommend booking your spot in advance. Opening hours: Sunday to Thursday 6:00am to midnight, Friday and Saturday 6:00am to 2:00am, public holidays 6:00am to midnight. Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What happens if weather conditions affect the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For more help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all the candles are flameless.
What is the Candlelight Photo?
It is a photo package available only to guests who buy it: your photo is taken in a specially designated area at the venue, and you take it home as a printed polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy the Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who add the photo when they buy their concert tickets on the website have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my photo taken?
Before the concert: the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed photo before you leave, as we cannot keep pictures for you. If you leave without your photo, we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule the session.
Where do I go to have my photo taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo area is, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have bought the photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
