Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

About the venueSchloss Garath
Haus Garath was first mentioned in a document in the 13th century. The castle, built in classical baroque style, features a large festooned hall and small dining room, as well as a lobby with a wonderful stone staircase. It is one of the few castles in private ownership.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.
Are refunds possible?
Only with the Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected dates): you can return it and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A and B. Seats within your booked zone are allocated on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where does the experience take place?
At Schloss Garath, Garather Schloßallee 19, 40595 Düsseldorf.
How do I get to the venue?
From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, take the S6 to Düsseldorf-Garath station; from there it's just a 15-minute walk.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with seating assigned within your booked zone.
How long does the experience last?
Around 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Is there parking?
Yes, around 50 parking spaces are available. Once you drive through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly; a narrow passage on the left leads to a second car park.
Is food or drink available?
Drinks can be bought at the venue's own bar before the concert; food isn't available.
Can I bring animals?
Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us via this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After buying your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, the venue isn't wheelchair accessible.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. Tickets aren't sold on-site; they must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
An optional add-on: get your photo taken in a dedicated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake. It can be booked online in advance or, subject to availability, on-site by card only (cash isn't accepted). Sessions usually take place after the concert; photos must be collected on-site as they can't be kept for later. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
