Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Super Konzert, waren genau die richtigen Lieder für eine gute Unterhaltung!

Tolle Musik!

Es war wunder schön, immer wieder gerne.

Die Musikanten und die Wahl der Lieder waren super!! Die Belüftung des Theaters könnte besser sein, da es etwas stickig und muffig war.

ganz tolle Musiker, wunderbar interpretierte Stücke von Hans Zimmer.

Schön wären auch einzelne Bilder im Hintergrund. Passend zur Filmmusik.

Überwältigend, super schönes Erlebnis. Man wird richtig überrollt von Emotionen, mit denen man nicht gerechnet hat. Super harmonisches und sympathisches Quartett, bei denen man die Leidenschaft spürt. Hat es umso schöner gemacht. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ich war schon das 3. Mal beim Candlelight Concert und es war jedes Mal einfach nur großartig! So viel Gänsehaut hatte ich schon lang nicht mehr. Musikalisch und atmosphärisch einfach top! Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren Abende :)

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Are refunds possible?

Only with the Flexible Refund ticket (available for selected dates): you can return it and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C. Seats within your booked zone are allocated on arrival.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place?

At Lichtspiel und Kunsttheater Schauburg, Brückstraße 66, 44135 Dortmund.

How do I get to the venue?

The Kunsttheater Schauburg is just a 10-minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with seating assigned within your booked zone.

How long does the experience last?

Around 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Is there parking?

The theatre doesn't have its own car park.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks can be bought at the venue's own bar before the concert; food isn't available.

Can I bring animals?

Pets aren't allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us via this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After buying your own ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both tickets at entry.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the venue isn't wheelchair accessible.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

No. Tickets aren't sold on-site; they must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
