Es war einfach fantastisch - Gänsehaut pur....

Das Ambiente der ausgewählten Location, war genau der richtige Rahmen und ich fand es sehr originell, dass es Platzeinweiser gab. Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Räumlichkeiten waren übersäht mit Kunstkerzen. Auch die Information zum Komponisten und historische Kleinigkeiten wurden erwähnt, das fand ich interessant.

Man fühlte sich in das Zeitalter zurückgesetzt. einfach richtig schön!

Es war wunderschön, die jungen Damen haben im Einklang gespielt und eine tolle Atmosphäre geschaffen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen ☺️

Mir persönlich hätte es gefallen, wenn die Lichter etwas abgedunkelt würden. So kämen die Kerzenlichter samt Bühne mehr zur Geltung und die Menschen drumherum würden in den Hintergrund rücken. LG Karli

What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the app or website (feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket to use this), please send us the relevant proof. Once we receive it, we'll provide a voucher to buy your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show both the regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more details.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

With a Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience (available for select events).

How and when can I request my refund?

You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documents are required. Note that the ticket is no longer refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience takes place at Lichtspiel und Kunsttheater Schauburg (Brückstraße 66, 44135 Dortmund).

How do I get to the venue?

The theatre is only a 10-minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof).

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is food or drink available?

Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals — please contact us directly if you plan to bring one.
