Gerne wieder. Tolles Ambiente.

Einfach super. Gänsehautfeeling und definitiv zu empfehlen. Sehr gern wieder.

Schönes Ambiente, toll gespielt, Akustik war ok. Mikrofonansagen waren etwas schwierig zu verstehen.

Wäre schön gewesen vorher zu wissen dass 4 Personen musizieren, hatte irgendwie mehr Musikanten erwartet. Die Moderatorin konnte ich leider kaum verstehen. Ansonsten sehr schön!

The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets must be purchased in advance via the app or website.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. After buying your own ticket, send us supporting documentation; we'll then provide a voucher for a free carer ticket (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

8+. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

Under "Tickets" in the Fever app, and also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the start, subject to availability (include your ticket ID). Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. If you purchased a flexible refund ticket (where available for this event), a full refund is possible up to 48 hours before the start, with no documentation required.

How long does the experience last?

About 65 minutes, no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?

By bus 36 to Bornwiesenweg, or by U-Bahn to Willy-Brandt-Platz (lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8) or Frankfurt Central Station. By car: Finkenhofstraße 17, Frankfurt a.M./city centre.

Is food or drink available?

Every guest gets a free welcome drink; further drinks can be bought at the bar. Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed — guests carrying outside food may be refused entry.

Is parking available?

Yes, at the Parkhaus am Theater (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).

Can I bring animals?

No, animals are generally not allowed at this venue, including service animals.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible; however, the area directly in front of the stage can only be reached via stairs.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

An optional photo experience in a dedicated area, with a printed Polaroid-style photo included. It can be bought on site by card only (no cash, limited availability); sessions usually take place after the concert and prints must be collected on site, as they can't be kept for later.
