FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (App Store or Google Play) and your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything — just show your ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 24 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Standard tickets are not refundable under any circumstances; only a flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to any other Fever account. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no break. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; late entry once the concert has started is not possible.
Is food or drink served?
No food is served in the concert hall, but drinks can be purchased at the bar.
Is there parking available?
The venue doesn't have its own parking lot, but there's plenty of parking available nearby.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
There is no age restriction. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their companion. Send us the relevant supporting documents after purchasing your ticket, and we'll provide a voucher for the free ticket. If you're bringing a service animal, please also fill in our dedicated form.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Per our musicians' guidance, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available on selected events, it lets you request a full refund up to 48 hours before if you decide not to attend. No documentation is needed — just contact us.
Does my ticket include the zoo, and when should I arrive?
Your Candlelight concert ticket does not include a visit to the zoo. The grounds open no earlier than 45 minutes before the show; arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to get a seat in your zone.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather affects your experience, we'll inform you in time by email to the address used for purchase; in that case, the concert will take place indoors.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time — we'll do our best to seat you together.
Do I need to keep my phone on silent, and can I leave the hall during the show?
Yes, your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all the candles are flameless.
What are the different ticket types?
There are adult and child tickets for zones A, B and C.
