Programme: Time (Inception), This Land (The Lion King), Zooster's Breakout (Madagascar), Supermarine (Dunkirk), Honor (The Pacific), A Dark Knight (The Dark Knight), Wonder Woman Suite, Cornfield Chase (Interstellar), Dune Suite, Gladiator Suite, Discombobulate (Sherlock Holmes) and Flight (Man of Steel).

Performed live by Firebird Quartet by Phoenix Collective (string quartet).

Nice to see younger generation attending classical music performance. Good no photography which occurred in a past performance I attended in The Fairfax Theatre. It was annoying to say the least.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same login method used to buy your ticket. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must all be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
Around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts and latecomers won't be admitted.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No food or drink is allowed in the theatre.
Is parking available?
Paid parking applies on weekdays and weekends until 5pm in the main carpark (P1), which is underground and accessible from Parkes Place off King Edward Terrace, with a height limit of 2 metres. On weekends and public holidays, above-ground parking (P2) is also available off Bowen Drive.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us for more information.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. There are 3 wheelchair seats in Zone A. For wheelchair assistance, email us so we can notify onsite staff. Limited mobility parking is available free of charge in both carparks (a valid disability parking permit may be requested), and assisted lift access to the Gallery is available only from the underground carpark.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones, based on visibility: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility). If you and your friends buy tickets for the same zone, you'll be seated together.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on?
It's an optional photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture (1 print per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out, though online purchases get priority; on-site purchases are card only. Your photo is taken before the show or in the 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose and collect your printed photo at the exit — it can't be reprinted or refunded if you miss it. You'll receive a QR code by email (separate from your ticket confirmation) to show the photographer at the venue.
Any tips for the show?
