Digital ticket holders will need to queue alongside those who purchased tickets at physical sales points, respecting the order of arrival and seat availability. If the bus is full, they will need to wait for the next departure.

For passengers boarding at the Ángel de la Independencia meeting point, please note that due to traffic conditions, road closures, and events beyond Capital Bus's control, the visit to the Zócalo is not guaranteed during the tour. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and the smooth flow of the journey.
