What are the different ticket types?

There are three ticket categories: Category A, Category B and Category C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must all be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same email address used to buy your ticket. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts and latecomers won't be admitted.
