Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience (front row seat with the best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility), and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. It's an indoor candlelit setting inside the cathedral; please note the venue has no air conditioning, so it can get warm in summer, and individual wooden chairs are used, so feel free to bring your own cushion.
How do I get to the venue?
The Cathedral sits between Brisbane's CBD and Fortitude Valley. Central Station is less than two blocks (about a 5 minute walk) away along Ann Street; check the TransLink website for train, bus, and ferry information. Zones A to D enter via the main front doors, while VIP Experience guests use the side door via the driveway on the right.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.
Is there food or drink available?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes. On-street (kerbside meter) parking on Ann Street is available only between 7 and 10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park opposite the Cathedral, and limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so onsite staff can be notified and prepared for your arrival.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
