wonderful performance and awesome to see / hear that (forgive me if misspelt) Violinist Heman knew and appreciated the music of Hisaishi and the magic of the Ghibli movies. It really showed, my partner and I were tearing up during some of the songs. truly a magical night

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — just log in with the same account you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D may only have a partial view. At the Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, seating is available in every zone on both the main floor and the balcony — arrive early for the best choice of seats.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (feverup.com).

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the show starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't offered under any circumstances; check our T&Cs for more details.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before showtime, and latecomers won't be admitted once it begins.

Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is there food or drinks available?

No food or drinks are sold at the venue — only bottled water is allowed inside the performance space.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

The main entrance has 12 steps up to the performance space, but there's a step-free alternative entrance with a ramp on Simpson Ave — just let a staff member know, or ring the bell there. Inside, the performance space itself has no stairs (except to reach the balcony), accessible seating is available in every zone, and the washrooms are step-free too.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass for their caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket of your own first — contact us afterwards for more information.

Is there parking available?

MCC Toronto doesn't have its own parking lot. Street parking on Simpson Ave and nearby streets is permit-only and strictly enforced, so leave extra time if you're driving. The most convenient paid lot is at 653 Gerrard Street East.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside to preserve the experience for other guests.

Where is the experience taking place?

Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, 115 Simpson Ave, Toronto, ON M4K 1A1. The venue is one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw — the audience entrance is on Simpson Ave.
