You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documents are required. Note that the ticket is no longer refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

The experience takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).

It's about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. By public transport, the easiest route is the U5, U6, U7 or U12 to "Bopser" station.

The concert lasts 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.

There is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance, but unfortunately the toilets are not wheelchair accessible — overall, access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible. If you need accessible access, please email hello@feverup.com at least 15 days in advance so we can support you as best as possible. Also note that parking is limited, and there's an approximately five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark from the car park to the venue.

No, there's no dedicated car park, though public parking is available on the surrounding streets.

This add-on offers an exclusive photo experience for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a dedicated area and receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake. It's available at the venue by card only (while stocks last), with priority given to guests who book online in advance alongside their concert tickets. Your photo session usually takes place after the concert; venue staff will give you the exact location on arrival. You'll receive a separate QR code by email as proof of booking. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control — and remember to collect your photos before leaving the venue, as we're unable to keep them.
