Ein wunderschöner Abend mit berauschender Filmmusik von Hans Zimmer. Großes Lob für die Organisation vor Ort, das tolle Ambiente im Kerzenschein und das hervorragende Streicherquartett. Die Klänge erfüllten den Raum wie bei einem großen Orchester. Auch interessanten und witzigen Ankündigungen der einzelnen Stücke durch die erste Geige machten das Ganze zu einem bezaubernden Abend. Wir werden es sicher wiederholen.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — sign in with the same login details you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Are refunds allowed?
No, unless you've purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (see below).
How long does the experience last, and when do doors open?
The experience lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. According to the venue, doors open around 45 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun. Note: the plan's general description states a 30-minute entry window instead — this discrepancy should be checked internally.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for select events. It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation is required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's been transferred to another person.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Max-Joseph-Saal, Residenzstraße 1, 80333 Munich.
How do I get to the venue?
Head along Residenzstraße towards Odeonsplatz, then turn right at the side gate of the Residenz towards the Münzsammlung. Take the first door on the left and use the lift or stairs to the 2nd floor.
Is there parking available?
The Residenz München doesn't have its own visitor car park. Paid parking is available in the underground car park at the Nationaltheater (Max-Joseph-Platz).
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks and snacks are on sale on-site and may be consumed in the foyer of the Max-Joseph-Saal. The bar closes 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals — a form must be completed in advance for these.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your regular ticket, send us the relevant supporting documents; you'll then receive a voucher to purchase the carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show both tickets on entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Please send us a short email in advance to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything accordingly.
Are there any special security measures on entry?
Yes, enhanced security measures apply throughout the Residenz (including the concert hall). Bags, backpacks, coats and jackets must be checked in before entering the concert hall.
