Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase it. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), and Balcony (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make the change.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancellation Ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to a different date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
Available for selected events, a Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend. You can request this up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. You'll be refunded the full ticket price, minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option — note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred, and an exchange voucher can only be used for the same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or use public transport. The closest bus stop is Illinois St & North St (routes 18, 25 and 28).
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor · assigned seating.
Is there food served?
There's no food or drink available, and outside food or drink isn't permitted inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available for all guests in the main lot on the west side of the building, with the entrance off North Street.
Does this venue have disability access?
This venue is ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available in Zone C, a ramp is available near the main doors, and elevators bring guests to the theater.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
