All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make the change.

No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancellation Ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to a different date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

Available for selected events, a Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend. You can request this up to 48 hours before the experience starts; no documentation is needed. You'll be refunded the full ticket price, minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option — note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred, and an exchange voucher can only be used for the same experience.

The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Yes, free parking is available for all guests in the main lot on the west side of the building, with the entrance off North Street.

This venue is ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available in Zone C, a ramp is available near the main doors, and elevators bring guests to the theater.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
