📍 Location: The awe-inspiring venue of Le Salon 1861, 550 Ave Richmond, Montreal, Quebec H3J 1V3, Canada
👤 Age requirement: 10+. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Late teenagers (above 16) and adults are encouraged to join the 8 p.m. sessions on July 11 and 13
- Families (with children above 10) are strongly encouraged to join the 5 p.m. session on July 13
👕 Dress code: There is no required dress code but we encourage you to don your favorite Wizarding World-inspired clothing or smartest wintery attire (or best, both combined!) for this event!
🚌 Transportation: the venue is close to the Lucien-L’Allier metro station, and is also easily accessible by various buses. There is street parking available nearby, but there will not be any available parking on-site.
♿ Accessibility: The venue is ACA compliant
📃 Confidentiality: As this is a trial run-through and the full event is still in the development process and you will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement on site and keep the content of this event confidential. For the same reasons, pictures/videos are forbidden during this trial run-through.

- What time should I arrive? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This is to ensure you have enough time to check-in before entering the experience.
- Am I allowed to take pictures/videos? Unfortunately, since this event is still in development, you will not be allowed to take pictures/videos.
- What happens if I arrive late? Latecomers arriving past their assigned time (e.g. 5 p.m. for the session on July 13) may not be admitted.
- Are dogs permitted? Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at this event.
- Will I be in a group with other guests? You will not be asked to join a group, but to experience the show at your own pace.
