In this beginner chocolate class, you will learn how to create fun and exciting combinations of chocolate ganache truffles. Let your imagination run wild with the unlimited options that chocolate has to offer. Learn the best tips and tricks for making, spicy, sweet, vegan, dairy free or even “adult only” truffles. A Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step in the process of how to make ganache, roll, and hand dip your chocolates. Choose from a variety of coatings and toppings to create your very own decadent dessert! You can expect to make chocolate truffle flavors such as Peanut Butter & Jelly, Margarita, and Almond Coconut.
