I've enjoyed Hans Zimmer's work since I first heard it when the Lion King was released - hearing This Land instantly transported me 20 years ago! Gladiator and The Pirates of the Caribbean were particularly moving. Thank-you for an amazing show...loved every minute of it.

What an incredible experience! The string Quartet performed beautifully, and the setting in St Mary's was really something! Incredibly atmospheric, and the elevated platform provided everyone with a fairly decent view.

St Mary's In Holy Trinity 1

The Holy Trinity Cathedral in Parnell, Auckland, is a stunning Anglican church with modern stained glass, including a one-of-a-kind Polynesian Christ window. The Nave is a flexible area that can hold up to 1,250 people and is used for worship and community events. The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is also on the cathedral grounds and is used for un-choral eucharists.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase it. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to make the change.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not available, except where required under New Zealand Consumer Law. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost — just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

What are the different ticket types?

Front Row Seating (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (slightly restricted visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where is the experience taking place?

Saint Mary's Church, on the side of Holy Trinity Cathedral — corner of St Stephens Ave & Parnell Rd (446 Parnell Road), Parnell, Auckland 1052.

How do I get to the venue?

By bus, take the Inner Link or Outer Link to the stop outside Holy Trinity Cathedral, or the 703 service to Brighton Road / St Stephen's Ave. By train, Southern and Western Line trains stop at Parnell station, a short walk from the venue.

Is there food served?

No food is served at this venue.

Is there parking available?

Yes. The Cathedral car park (112 spaces, accessed from Parnell Road) costs $6 for 4 hours or $10 for the full day, payable by paywave card, open daily 6am–12am. Street parking (P60) is also available nearby on Parnell Road and surrounding streets.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, this venue has disability access in all zones. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us in advance so we can notify onsite staff. There's an accessible bathroom in the foyer, and disabled parking is available directly in front of the Cathedral and in the main car park.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first — please contact us for more information.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and late entry isn't permitted.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets aren't sold at the venue — all tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website.
