You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability — please contact us to change your ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

If you added this option to your purchase, you can request a refund or an exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. The refund is credited to your original payment method (allow 10+ days) minus a 10% fee, or via voucher if you paid with one; the exchange voucher can only be used for the same experience. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another person.
