About the venueThe Barrel Room at Triple C Brewing

The Barrel Room at Triple C Brewing Company is a spacious venue in Charlotte's South End neighborhood. It features a banquet hall, outdoor patio, and glass wall overlooking the brewery. The modern and industrial decor makes it a versatile space for weddings, concerts, or corporate events. With a premium sound system, projector screens, and 20 taps of Triple C beer and wine, it can accommodate up to 350 guests.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print anything — just show your Fever ticket in the app or via email upon arrival at the venue.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your originally purchased event, subject to availability — please email hello@feverup.com to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show so you can enjoy drinks beforehand; the bar closes at the start time and no late entry is permitted.

This event takes place indoors.

Are food and drinks available?

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, provided by Triple C Brewing Company, with a rotating tap list.

Is there parking available?

Rideshare is encouraged. There is limited parking directly next to the venue and restaurant.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

There is no dress code enforced.

Are the candles flammable?

No — for the safety of the audience, all candlelight is provided through flameless candles.

What happens if COVID regulations or weather conditions don't allow the event to be hosted?

If regulations or weather conditions don't allow the event to happen, it will be postponed to a future date. We'll communicate any changes by email and through the app, so make sure your Fever account has the correct email address.
