Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print anything — just show your Fever ticket in the app or via email upon arrival at the venue.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible refund ticket was purchased (see below). Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability — contact us directly to change your ticket.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

An optional add-on (available for selected events) that lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user); no documentation is needed — just contact us directly to request your refund.

When should I arrive / how long does the concert last?

The concert is 1 hour long. Doors open 1 hour before your scheduled show time — arrive at least 30 minutes early, as seating within your zone is first come, first served. The performance starts promptly and doors close once it begins; no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Can I bring in my own food and drink? Is food and drink available?

No outside food or drinks are allowed. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) are available for additional purchase — enjoy them in the gathering room, as no beverages are permitted inside the music hall.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

You must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is complimentary parking available onsite.

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?

No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance, except for the last song — photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com.

No — for the safety of our audience, all the candlelight is provided through flameless candles.
