Description
In this hands-on class, you will learn to make handmade fettuccine Pasta from scratch. Your chef instructor will guide you through making the perfect pasta dough, and with the help of rolling pins and pasta machines, you will craft your own beautiful fettuccine noodles. The chef will describe different flours used to make pasta (such as semolina compared to all-purpose flour), and the different shapes of pasta. At the end of class, enjoy your pasta with a homemade arrabiatta sauce from fresh tomatoes, basil, chiles (optional) and extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the class, the chef will send you home with the recipe so you can practice making it on your own. Buon appetito!
