Summer is on its way! And so is our next stop of the STRENGTH IN THE CITY, Health & Wellness Festival in Chicago, IL!
Join in for a full day of health and wellness classes from bikes and rowers, to dance and meditation and everything in between. The schedule is even bigger this year and the options are endless! This year, each gym/instructor featured at the Festival will have 30 minutes to show you what they've got! With shorter classes, you'll have more energy to try out something new, stretch between harder classes, chill out in the meditation lounge, grab a snack or jump into a field game. With so much going on, you'll never be bored! Plus, this year we are making things even more fun with a Festival Bingo. After you break a sweat stick around for food and live entertainment! Don't miss it!
