Großartiges Konzert für Ohren und Augen

Bitte das nächste Mal den Pianisten ca. 1m erhöht platzieren. Haben trotz B Bereich nur den Scheitel und den Deckel des Flügels erspähen können :(

Die Musik Ludovico Enaudis wurde von dem Pianisten so generös gespielt in einer anmutigen Kulisse der Apostel-Paulus-Kirche!

Seh gut..außer das leider die Stühle zu laut knarren. Das stört während eines Klavierkonzertes

Das Konzert selber war toll, aber die Location wegen der schlechten, stickigen Luft an warmen Tagen eher ungeeignet, die knarrenden Bänke vor allem bei den leisen Passagen, aber generell bei einem Klavierkonzert etwas störend.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Are refunds allowed?

Only if you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket. With this ticket you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documents are required. If the ticket has been transferred to another user, it is no longer refundable.

What different ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C, D and the balcony (Empore). You can also add the “Snapshot by Candlelight” add-on: a photo service where our photographers print an instant photo for you to take home as a souvenir.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

At Apostel-Paulus-Kirche (Grunewaldstraße 77A / corner of Akazienstraße, 10823 Berlin-Schöneberg).

How do I get to the venue?

The nearest U-Bahn station is Eisenacher Straße.

Is parking available?

No, there is no parking available on site.

Is food or drink available?

No, no food or drinks are sold on site.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the church has wheelchair access. Please send us a short email to hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals. Please fill out the corresponding form if a service animal will accompany you.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. If you also booked the “Snapshot by Candlelight” photo experience, please note it closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive early enough to have time for your photo session.

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant/companion. Once you've purchased your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket to use this), please send us the corresponding supporting documents.
