Description
Governors Island is now open to the public year-round! Governors Island is 172 acres of urban bliss complete with forts (yes, forts! This used to be an Army base!), rolling hills and stunning views of New York City. Governors Island is at the heart of New York Harbor nestled between Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn waterfront. We’ve got a cool way for you to explore it. Two words—Scavenger Hunt! We will meet at the Battery Maritime Building located at 10 South Street in the morning and we will take the ferry over together. Your ferry ticket is included so there will be no need to reserve on your own. Each team will have 90 minutes to find as many clues as they can on the island and the best teams will win prizes in this friendly competition. A great chance to meet new people and make new friends.
