Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please make sure to log in using the same method you used to purchase your ticket. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to a different date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally booked experience, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to make the change.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Refunds are credited to your original payment method (this can take 10+ days to appear) or, if you paid with a voucher, you'll receive a new one; you'll be refunded the full ticket price except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available at the venue?
No food is served, but beverages are available for purchase from The Sazerac House, with 100% of proceeds going to Turning Tables NOLA. No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Is there parking available?
Both paid parking lots and limited street parking are available in the area surrounding The Sazerac House. Rideshare is encouraged.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in Zones A, B, C and D, with Zone A closest to the stage. Your seat will be within the zone you selected at purchase; once you arrive, an usher will guide you to your seating zone, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I request a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you hold a valid ticket, please contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website (feverup.com).
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Packs purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
