FAQs Frequently asked questions
What ticket types are there?
There are three ground floor zones — Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility) — plus the Balcony (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com/cleveland/candlelight) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 65 minutes, with doors opening 1 hour before the show. No entry is permitted once the performance has started.

How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or take public transport. The closest bus stop is E 105th St & Park Ln (Bus Number 9 & 10).
Is there food served?
No drinks or snacks are available at this performance, and no outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue — you may bring water with you.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is ADA compliant. This applies to all seating levels with the exception of the Balcony. An ADA-accessible entrance is available by approaching the venue from E 105th St/Ansel Drive. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue with any questions.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available at the Maltz Performing Arts Center — $10 for Candlelight guests, and can be pre-purchased. We highly recommend buying parking vouchers in advance for a quick entry. Approach the parking lots from Chester Ave/E 101st St; the E 105th St/Ansel Dr. approach is reserved for ADA and shuttles only.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must otherwise be on silent mode for the entire performance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes — if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone, we'll do our best to seat you together. We recommend arriving in good time.
When should I arrive, and can I enter if I'm late?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — out of respect for the musicians and audience, latecomers will not be admitted, and you won't be able to leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
