Just a five-minute walk from The Meeting Hall, you can get safe undercover parking at UPark Topham Mall (52-54 Waymouth Street, with entry and exit onto Waymouth Street at the Bentham Street intersection). Opening hours are Sunday-Thursday 6:00am-midnight, Friday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00am, and Public Holidays 6:00am-midnight. We recommend booking your car space in advance via UPark's website.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, disabled access is via a side door — please speak to a staff member to have it opened for you on arrival. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones within The Meeting Hall.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Latecomers will not be permitted entry, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

It's an optional photo experience for guests who purchase it: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area before the concert, and receive a printed polaroid-style souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the show, finishing 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for your photo. You'll choose your picture before printing and collect it at the exit afterwards — photos can't be kept for you if you leave without collecting them, and this add-on is non-refundable. If available, photos can also be purchased on-site (card only), though online buyers get priority.
