You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same email you used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — all tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert starts — contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted.

How long does the concert last?

About 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.

Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.

Will there be food or drinks?

No — no food or drinks are allowed. This is not a dinner show, and no food will be sold on site.

Is there parking nearby?

No parking is available at the church.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Access to the experience is limited to people aged 8 and up. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the venue.
