Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email — there's no need to print anything.
What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, a flexible refund ticket is available: you can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts (no supporting documents required). Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
Around 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No, there is no food or drink available for purchase.
How do I get to the venue?
Nearest U-Bahn station: Schwanthalerhöhe. Nearest bus stop: Bergmannstraße. Nearest S-Bahn station: Heimeranplatz. Please note the venue can be cool during the winter months — we recommend wearing warm clothing.

No.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents — we'll then provide you with a voucher for the free companion ticket (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show both tickets at check-in.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill out this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
An optional photo experience exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive one printed, polaroid-style instant photo per purchase. Photos can also be bought at the venue until sold out (card payment only), though online bookings get priority. The photo session usually takes place after the concert; you'll choose your photo on site and must collect it before leaving the venue — photos can't be kept for later collection, and no refund or rescheduling is available if you don't collect yours. You'll receive a QR code by separate email to confirm your booking. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
