Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival.

No, St John's Cathedral does not have air conditioning and can get quite warm during the summer months. Feel free to bring a hand fan and dress accordingly.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode for the entire performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late you won't be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive one printed, polaroid-style picture. It can also be purchased on-site if not sold out, though guests who buy it online with their tickets get priority (on-site purchases are card only). Photos are taken pre- or post-event, and refunds are only given if the add-on itself is cancelled by us.
