What ticket types are there?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. You'll be assigned the best available seat within your purchased zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website (feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket to use this), please send us the relevant proof. Once we receive it, we'll provide a voucher to buy your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you'll need to show both the regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more details.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

With a Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience (available for select events).

How and when can I request my refund?

You can request a full refund on your Flexible Refund ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documents are required. Note that the ticket is no longer refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?

The experience takes place on the MS Bleichen (Australiastraße 51b, 20457 Hamburg).

How do I get to the venue?

If travelling by public transport, we recommend taking the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Elbbrücken (or Veddel) station. From there, bus line 256 goes directly to the Hafenmuseum stop, just around the corner from the ship.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is food or drink available?

There's a small bar on site. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals — please fill out the relevant form if you plan to bring one.

Does the venue have wheelchair accessible access?

Unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
