Incredible, beautiful, just absolutely amazing. I had such an awesome time. Me and my mom also got to eat at a lovely restaurant walking distance from the show. My only criticism is that the venue (a religious place of worship) did it have any air conditioning so it was very hot, especially with our masks 🥵 but otherwise, perfect evening!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket or get a refund?

Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.

What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend. You must contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; once the ticket is transferred to another user it becomes non-refundable. Refunds are for the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, or you can exchange it for a voucher of the same value to book a new date for the same experience.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within each zone.

Is there food or drink available?

There will be no food or beverages available at the venue.

Is parking available?

There is no on-site parking available at Temple Ohabei Shalom.

Is there an age requirement?

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive one printed, polaroid-style picture. It can also be purchased on-site if not sold out, though guests who buy it online with their tickets get priority (on-site purchases are card only). Photos are taken before the show, with the session ending 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Pictures can't be kept for later collection, and refunds are only given if the add-on itself is cancelled by us.

What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot in the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases are final — non-refundable and non-returnable.
