Loved it my first time to Stan Mansion, requesting off to come back for Amy Winehouse! Not quite familiar w ppl leaving so freely during performances, as at plays/operas not allowed.Seems this is a bit more casual, bit of a distraction for me. But carry on..awesome job, very organized. At the end me wondering who will turn off all the candles, felt like I should've stayed to help😊 next time

The Stan Mansion in Chicago's Logan Square Historic District was originally a Masonic lodge for the Knights Templars. Cera Stan later purchased and restored the building, preserving its historic charm.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't available unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend. You must contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts; once the ticket is transferred to another user it becomes non-refundable. Refunds are for the full ticket price minus a 10% fee, or you can exchange it for a voucher of the same value to book a new date for the same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within each zone.
Is there food or drink available?
A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages is available for separate purchase at the venue.
Is parking available?
Stan Mansion is surrounded by boulevards, roundabouts and one-way streets with ample permit-free street parking — we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find a spot on Kedzie Boulevard. Paid parking meters are also available on Fullerton Avenue.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring a caretaker or carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket of your own before applying — contact us for more information once you've purchased it.
Does this venue have disability access?
Stan Mansion is not ADA compliant. Guests need to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the performance space. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue with any questions.
Can I bring my pet?
Animals aren't allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or website.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive one printed, polaroid-style picture. It can also be purchased on-site if not sold out, though guests who buy it online with their tickets get priority (on-site purchases are card only). Photos are taken before the show, with the session ending 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Pictures can't be kept for later collection, and refunds are only given if the add-on itself is cancelled by us.
What is the policy for the Candle 3-Pack?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot in the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to that specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases are final — non-refundable and non-returnable.
