Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available in this case.

Are refunds available?

Only if you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket: you can then request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it becomes non-refundable.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C. Seats are assigned on arrival within the zone you purchased.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?

It's about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. By public transport, the easiest option is the "Bopser" U-Bahn station, served by lines U5, U6, U7 or U12.

Is parking available?

There's no dedicated parking for the event, but public parking is available on the surrounding streets. From the nearest parking, it's about a 5-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to the Marmorsaal, along a slightly uphill path.

Is food or drink available?

No, food and drinks are not currently offered at the Marmorsaal.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

There's a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance to the Marmorsaal, though the restrooms are not wheelchair accessible. If you need accessible access, please contact us at least 15 days in advance by email at hello@feverup.com so we can best support you. Please also note that overall access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible, and parking nearby is limited (around a 5-minute walk through Weißenburgpark).

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed at the venue.
