Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue; they can only be bought through the Fever app or website.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with your purchase's ticket ID, or check whether the "Change date/time" button is available in the "Tickets" section of the app. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on, which you can cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us. Note that the ticket is no longer refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge by clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 40 minutes beforehand, and no entry is possible once it has started.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food or drink be available to buy at the venue?
Unfortunately, no food or drink will be for sale at this event.

Unfortunately, there is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not travelling by car.
Is there a minimum age to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their caretaker. Contact us with proof of the need for this ticket; once we receive it, we'll give you a code to buy it in the app (subject to availability). You must show both tickets on entry.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed at the venue, although service animals are accepted.
Can I take photos or record video during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece of the concert and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if bad weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
It's a paid add-on that includes a personalised photo session in a designated area of the venue, with an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. The session takes place before the concert (arrive at least 30 minutes early), and you must collect your printed photo on your way out, as it cannot be kept for later.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles"?
It's a paid add-on with 3 high-quality electric candles. If bought online, it must be collected at the venue on the day of the event; as it's tied to that specific date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
