You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user), and no documentation is required to claim your refund.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

A paid photo experience available to guests who purchase it: your photo is taken in a dedicated area either before or after the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early), printed in a polaroid style during the concert, and ready for you to collect at the exit. You'll receive a QR code by email to show the photographer.
