Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please email hello@feverup.com directly to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the start time. We encourage all guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time on their ticket. Doors close at the start time on your ticket. No late entry is permitted.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your email when you arrive at the venue.

Can I bring my child?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes, all Fever Australia events accept Companion Cards. Please let hello@feverup.com know when you purchase your ticket and Fever will reserve the companion's seat.

Are food and drink available?

There are no complimentary drinks included in your ticket. Drinks can be purchased at the venue.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available for purchase at the event. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
